I design user-centered digital products that simplify complexity and drive impact.

I’m Erik, a Senior UX/Product Designer who began in digital marketing and evolved into user-centered product design. I’ve worked on both customer-facing and internal platforms, redesigning enterprise systems and launching new digital web products. My toolkit includes Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, Mural, Drupal, SharePoint and WordPress CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, Adobe CC, JIRA, Wrike, and more.

Most recently at MITRE, I led research and design for enterprise tools, websites and AI platforms, collaborating with product and engineering to improve efficiency and engagement. Before that, at State Street, I redesigned web applications for global users, helping them visualize complex financial data and streamline workflows. Across roles, I’ve applied design thinking end to end, from uncovering user needs and business goals to prototyping, testing, and iterating through agile development.

I hold a Master’s in Human Factors in Information Design, an MBA with a focus on leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing. I’m passionate about turning insights into thoughtful, scalable experiences.
